How To: Print or Upload Files Created in iWorks Apps

WHY CAN'T I PRINT FROM iWORKS OR UPLOAD THEM TO GOOGLE DRIVE? 
 
For some reason, the newest version of iWorks programs are not uploading to many web programs.  To make sure these documents upload and students can access them, they must be exported as 09 files.  To do this:
 
  1. Bring up the iWorks document you want to attach.
  2. Go to File
  3. Go to Export to
  4. Go to Keynote 09 (for example) or PDF
  5. Save (I would recommend saving it with 09 in the file name, so you know which one to upload).  At that point, you should be able to attach these files to email, Edmodo, Google Drive, etc.
 
Another alternative would be for teachers and students to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly in Google Drive.  This would alleviate the need to export a document.  By using Google Drive both teachers and students could share documents and work within the same program when modifying or commenting on a document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
