How To: Troubleshoot Adobe Connect issues

When Adobe connect does not want to work

  1. Be sure Adobe Connect has been installed from filewave and not from the teacher's website link.
  2. Ensure flash, java and shockwave are installed on computer
  3. Allow flash, shockwave and java in Safari and Chrome settings
  4. Launch the link from the teacher’s web page - if it says adobe connect needs to be updated, close that window and go back to the launch window and click on the “Click Here” link to join the class
