How To: Help a User who can't log into RapidIdentity - NCEdcloud

If a user is unable to log into RapidIdentity (NCEdcloud), Be sure to Verify the following information before proceeding to Help Desk for Employees or Students:

  • UID is correct 
    • Teachers/Staff can be found from their Personal Information within TimeKeeper - it will be their NC Staff UID
    • Students UID will be their Lunch Number
  • NOTE:  Users name may not be spelled correctly or may be under a different name in Rapididentity so you MUST HAVE THEIR UID to find them
  • Has User Claimed their NCEdCloud Account?
    • Go To:  https://my.ncedcloud.org/ to claim account
    • Detailed instructions on claiming your NCEdCloud Account may be found here: https://ncedcloud.mcnc.org/getting-started
  • Once you are sure you have the correct information, you may do the following:
    • Reset their password
    • Reset their security questions
